Sandman: The Inktober Drawings
I’ve got a couple more of these, but for the life of me, I can’t find them in the file. All are brush and ink. Most are on Strathmore 500 board. It takes ink beautifully.
One is on Itajime-shi paper created by National Treasure of Japan Haruhiko Tamura.
Another is on handmade, hand marbled paper. The marbeling is by me.
A few of these Inktober pieces are also for sale on ebay.
This was a fun project to try to loosen up and get going every morning. I’m going to get back to sketching every day, but am going to move on to other subjects.
I was able to meet my goal of 31 sketches in 31 days, each drawn in 10 minutes or less. I intended not to use any white ink, but ended up using white ink for corrections on 2 pieces.
Thanks for looking.
